For Ours. event privacy notice
This notice explains how the Martinez Studios event registration form uses your information. For broader information about our online store, read our store privacy policy.
Registration information
We require your first name, last name, email and mobile number to register. We use this information to issue your ticket, manage the guest list and verify admission. The organizer can see contact details in the private administration panel. Your email, phone number and SMS permission are not displayed on your public ticket.
Optional SMS reminder
If you select the SMS checkbox, we also record the time, wording and source of your permission. Martinez Studios may use your number and this permission record with Klaviyo to deliver one informational reminder for For Ours. Your phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
SMS opt-in data and consent collected through this event form are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are used for this event and shared only with service providers that help operate registration or deliver the requested message. This event-specific limitation applies to the SMS permission collected here.
Your choices
A mobile number is required to register. SMS permission is separate and optional; you can register without accepting text reminders. You can withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP to an event text or by contacting support@martinez-studios.com. Contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of your event contact information, subject to any records needed to resolve registration or consent questions.
Your ticket link contains access to your invitation and QR code. Share it only with people you trust.
